Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Programs and Services

Intensively-trained DBT Team offering DBT Skills Groups and Programs for Adults, Adolescents, Middle Schoolers, and Children/Families.

Individual, Couples, Family, and Group Psychotherapy

Outpatient therapy for children, teens, adults and families from a variety of theoretical orientations (DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic, Family Systems, Attachment Focused, and Trauma Treatment).

Adult PTSD/Trauma Program

Our Trauma Program is a one-night per week program that incorporates mindfulness, body-focused therapies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Seeking Safety Trauma Protocol.

School Refusal Program

School Refusal Program for children and teens. This program uses multiple modalities to address the emotional and behavioral dyscontrol that drives and maintains school refusal behavior.

Social Skills Groups for Children & Teens

Social Skills Groups for Children (K-High School). Groups meet for one hour per week in eight week cycles.

Dr. Cyndi Koch is a licensed psychologist (NJ #2798) who has founded and directed The Koch Center since 2000. Dr. Koch is a nationally recognized clinician, lecturer, trainer, and supervisor in the field. She has brought her innovative approach and years of experience to The Koch Center and has created the area’s premier center for the treatment of psychological and emotional issues.
